Mr. Peter D. Aquino has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously he served as a Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Spartacus Acquisition Corporation. Mr. Aquino also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Internap Corporation, Primus Telecommunications Group, and President and Chief Executive Officer of RCN Corporation.

Mr. Chris Klimmer has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director and President of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served at Xstream.

Mr. Mark Szynkowski has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer at Symbolic Logic, Inc. from 2017 to 2022. Mr. Szynkowski has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience.

Mr. Pawel Luszczek has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. He joined the company in May 2019, as the Vice President of OVP. Prviously, in July 2020, Mr. Luszczek served at Link4 as the Chief Technology Officer. He also served as the Head of Product Engineering and Chief Technology Officer, posts at Xstream.

Mr. Christoph Klimmer has been the President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of the company in 2021.
