Mr. Gianfranco Castagnola Zuniga has been the Chairman of Scotiabank since March 21, 2018. He has been a Director since March 2007. He also serves as an Executive Chairman of APOYO Consultoría and Chairman of the Board of AC Capitales SAFI and AC Pública. He is also a Director of Austral Group SAA, Saga Falabella SA, and IKSA. He has been a Director of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, President of the Board of Trustees of the Universidad del Pacífico and of the Italian Chamber of Commerce. He is also a been Director of Cementos Pacasmayo, Lima Airport Partners, Química Suiza, Nexa Resources and Redesur.

Mr. Francisco Javier Sardon de Taboada has been a Vice Chairman of the bank since June, 2021.He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Country Head of Scotiabank Peru SAA since June 2021. He is the Chairman of the Board of CrediScotia Financiera SA, Scotia Sociedad Titulizadora SA, Scotia Perú Holdings SA, Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos SA, Servicios, Profuturo AFP SA, Cobranzas e Inversiones SAC, and Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Cencosud Scotia Perú SA. He held 17 years in the bank as Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer and Country Head of Scotiabank Chile, from August 2013 to May 2021. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President of Retail Banking, since August 2009, Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking and Capital Markets at Scotiabank Peru, since November 2004. He has been Director of Transbank, Nexus and the Association of Banks and Financial Institutions in Chile. Previously, he held the positions of Chairman of the Board of La Fiduciaria SA and Director of the Canadian Peruvian Chamber of Commerce and the Peruvian Institute of Business Action (IPAE). He has been Senior Vice President, Executive Director and National Director of Standard Chartered Bank (Peru); Finance Manager of Banco Financiero and member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Banks of Peru - ASBANC.

Mr. Philip Victor Seymour has been the Chief Risk Officer, and Senior Vice President of the bank since 2019. He also serves a Director at CrediScotia Financiera SA and Services, Collections and Investments SAC. Previously, he worked as the Senior Vice President, Retail Banking, International Banking at Scotiabank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He also worked as the Service Manager, Canadian Banking Branch at Scotiabank, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Italo Munoz Bazan Fort has been a director of the bank since March 2022. He also serves as the founding partner of the economic and financial consulting firm Alonso & Muñoz since 2014 and Director of Compass Group SAFI. Previously, he worked as the Director of IPAE-Acción Empresarial, Pacífico EPS, Superintendency of the Securities Market SMV, Supervisory Body for Private Investment in Telecommunications, Osiptel.

Mr. Enrique Zorrilla Fullaondo has been a Director of the bank since March 2019. He is a General Director of Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, SA de CV. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of Grupo Financiero Banamex; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Buró de Crédito and Soriban Servicios Financieros; General Director of the National Bank of Mexico; Member of the Executive Committee of Seguros Banamex, Afore Banamex and Crédito Familiar.
