Ms. Lundgren has been the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Schnitzer Steel since 2020. Ms. Tamara L. Lundgren joined the company in September 2005 as the Vice President and the Chief Strategy Officer. She held numerous positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, she served as a Director in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase in 2001. Previously, she also served as managing director of Deutsche Bank AG in New York and London from 1996 to 2001. Earlier she was a partner in the Washington, DC law firm of Hogan Lovells. Co-currently, she serves as a Director of Ryder System, Inc., and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Mr. Michael Henderson has been the President of Operations and the Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and the President of the Metals Recycling Business, the Co-President of the Auto and Metals Recycling Business. Previously, he served as the President for Sims Metal Management.

Mr. Stefano Gaggini has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in December 2013. Earlier, he served as the Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer in 2018. He served as the Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting and a Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting in March 2012. Mr. Stefano Gaggini also served as the Senior Manager at KPMG LLP.

Mr. Mark Schuessler has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this he served as a Vice President, Accounting and Reporting. Earlier, he served various positions in the SEC Reporting and the Technical Accounting Department in 2011.a Previously, he also served as the Audit Manager at Perkins & Co.

Mr. Richard D. Peach has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as athe Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President with the Western U.S. energy utility, PacifiCorp, from 2003 to 2006. Previously, he held various managerial positions including Group Controller at Scottish Power, a Managing Director of United Kingdom Customer Services and Director of Energy Supply Finance from 1995 to 2022. He also served as the Senior Manager with Coopers & Lybrand.
