Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S: Executives

Mr. Henrik Brandt has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company in 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Brandt served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Royal Unibrew A/S from 2008 to 2017, Unomedical A/S from 2003 to 2008, and Sophus Berendsen A/S (now Berendsen A/S) from 1999 to 2002. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer at House of Prince A/S and Group Executive at Skandinavisk Tobakskompagni A/S from 1992 to 1999. Earlier, Mr. Brandt served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Fritz Hansen A/S from 1989 to 1992 and Kevi A/S from 1987 to 1989.

Mr. Niels Frederiksen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015. Mr. Frederiksen joined the company in 1999. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Group Functions and Senior Vice President at STG. Mr. Frederiksen also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Boman A/S; and as a Director at Ingenior Kaptajn Aage Nielsens Familiefond.

Ms. Marianne Rorslev Bock has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Brdr. Hartmann. She also served in various leadership positions at Danisco from 1994 to 2012. She also holds Board positions in various companies including TDC Group, Axel Muusfeldts Foundation, Kemp & Lauritzen and at the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Ms. Hanne Berg has been the Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. Previously, she served at LEGO Group, If Forsikring and Energinet.
