Dr. M. Kathleen Behrens has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2015. She served at Robertson Stephens & Co. as General Partner and Managing Director from 1983 to 1996; General Partner from 1996 to 2009; at RS Investments from 1996 to 2002; Managing Director from 2003 to 2009 and also consultant to the firm; Board on Science, Technology and Economic Policy for the National Research Council from 1997 to 2005; Director, President, and Chairwoman of the National Venture Capital Association from 1993 to 2003; Consultant and Investor in December 2009; Director of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 2009 to August 2012. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of KEW Group Inc., from January 2012 to July 2014.

Mr. Ian Estepan has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as senior vice president for Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Affairs and Chief of Staff in the company since 2015.

Ms. Alison Nasisi has been the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to ths, she served as the Senior Director of the company since 2019. Before joining Sarepta, she served as the Director of compensation and work-life at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.

Ms. Louise Rodino-Klapac, Ph.D has been the Chief Scientific Officer, Executive Vice President and head of Research and Development of the company since 2021. She is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President of Gene Therapy in the company.
