Mr. Pekka Ala Pietila has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Chairman at Huhtamaki Oyj and Here Technologies. Previously, he is the Co-founder and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Blyk Services Oy from 2006 to 2012. Prior to this, he held various positions with Nokia Corp including the President from 1999 to 2005, the President of Nokia Mobile Phones from 1992 to 1998, and a Director from 1992 to 2005.

Mr. Nils Ittonen has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Group Treasury, Real Estate and Risk Management at the Sanoma Group from 1977 to 2010. He also served as the Member of the Executive Management Group from 1999 to 2007.

Mr. Rob Kolkman has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sanoma Learning. Previously, he served as Managing Director at RELX Group from 2017 to 2018 and as Managing Director of ICIS from 2016 to 2017, as Chief Executive Officer of Netherlands from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Kolkman served as Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand at Elsevier from 2008 to 2014.

Mr. Alex Green has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of eBay Classifieds Group from 2013 to 2022. He also held several managerial and leadership positions at eBay Group from 2006 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the European Head of Finance at Factiva Plc from 2001 to 2005. From 1996 to 2001, he held various finance positions at ExxonMobile.
