Mr. Ross McInnes has been the Chairman of the company since April 2015. He served as the member of an Executive Board of Safran between July 2009 and April 2011, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Finance, between April 2011 and April 2015. He also served as the Vice-Chairman of Macquarie Capital Europe, specialized in particular in infrastructure investments; Chairman of the Management Board of Generale de Sante from March to June 2007; Senior Vice-President for Finance and Strategy at PPR (Pinault-Printemps-La Redoute); and Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Thales. In 1989, Mr. McInnes also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Eridania Beghin-Say.

Mr. Olivier Andries has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Safran Aircraft Engines from 2015 to 2021. Mr. Andries served as the Chief Executive Officer of Turbomeca (now Safran Helicopter Engines) from 2011 to 2015. He also served as an Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development and as an Executive Vice President, in charge of the Defense and Security branch of the company. He served as the Vice President, Widebody Aircraft Programs (A330/A340) from 2002 to 2005 and as an Executive Vice President, Strategy from 2005 to 2011 at Airbus. In 1995, at Lagardère group, he served as a Deputy Director of Strategy.

Mr. Pascal Bantegnie has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2022. Previously he served as the Treasurer at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Investor Relations and the Chief Financial Officer at Safran Electrical & Power in 2013. Earlier, he served as the Director of Communication and Investor Relations at the Sequana Financial Holding Company.

Mr. Frederic Verger has been the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Information Officer, and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Purchasing Officer and Chief Information Officer of the company and became a member of the General Management Committee. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer from 2002 to 2011 at Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A. Mr. Verger also served as a Senior Manager and on-deck partner from 2001 to 2002. He served as the Chief Information Officer of Luxury Group Cartier International, and a member of the Management Committee from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Verger worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers International Ltd.

Mr. Eric Dalbies serves as the Chief Technology Officer, and the Executive Vice President of Strategy at the company. He also serves as the Chairman at Ariane Group. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, and the Head of Information Technology at Safran Helicopter Engines. Earlier he served in various positions at the company including the Head of Mergers and acquisitions, Vice President of Strategy, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Safran’s improvement initiatives.
