Mr. Adil Arshed Khawaja has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman if KCB Bank Kenya Limited. Previously, he served as a Director of Rhino Ark Charitable Trust, Al Futtaim Automotive -CMC Motors Group Limited and Atua Enkop Africa Limited.

Mr. Peter Ndegwa has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Diageo PLC. Previously, he held various roles within the FMCG and Financial Services sectors in Europe and Africa. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC and Guinness Nigeria PLC and held senior Executive Director roles at East Africa Breweries Limited. Earlier, Mr. Ndegwa served as the Group Strategy Director, Group Chief Finance Officer, Executive Director and Sales Director on the EABL Board. He started his career at PwC and worked there for 11 years.

Mr. Dilip Pal has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of DTAC Thailand in 2017. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Grameenphone Bangladesh. Previously, he held various finance roles in Vodafone India and also held senior finance roles in other organizations, namely Hutchinson Essar, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages and Tata Tinplate. Earlier, he served as a Director at several institutions including Carousell, Singapore, Tele Assets, Thailand Accenture Bangladesh, Indus Tower and Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd.

Ms. Esther Masese has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Corporate Banking at KCB Bank since 2021. She also served as the Country Head of Client Coverage, Stanbic Bank Zambia in 2020 and as the Executive, Strategy Development and Enablement in the Corporate and Investment Bank in 2017. Earlier, she served at Standard Chartered Bank for 5 years, from 2006 to 2011.

Mr. Morten Bangsgaard has been the Chief Technology Information Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served various senior management roles at Maxis from 2014 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Technology & IT at TDC from 2013 to 2014. He also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from 2008 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of network development and strategy from 2007 to 2008; and Strategy Consultant and Head of market support at TDC from 2004 to 2007.
