Mr. Lance Y Gokongwei is the Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. He holds the position of Chairman in several organizations, including Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, Universal Robina Corporation, Robinsons Land Corporation, Altus Property Ventures, Inc., JG Summit Olefins Corporation, and Robinsons Bank Corporation. He also has been the Chairman in Cebu Air, Inc since January 2023. Furthermore, he serves as a Director and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of Manila Electric Company. He also holds directorships in RL Commercial REIT, Inc., Oriental Petroleum and Minerals Corp, Singapore Land Group Ltd, Shakey's Asia Pizza Ventures, Inc., AB Capital and Investment Corp, and Endeavor Acquisition Corp.

Ms. Robina Y. Gokongwei-Pe has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. She also serves as a Director of JG Summit Holdings Inc, Robinsons Land Corporation, Cebu Air Inc and Robinsons Bank Corporation. She joined the company in 1984 as a management trainee.

Ms. Mylene A Kasiban has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2016. Earlier, he held various roles for 15 years including as the Chief Financial Officer of Mondelez, The Hershey Company and Johnson and Johnson.

Mr. Stanley C. Co has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director of Robinsons Retail’s Supermarket Segment and Headed Robinsons Retail’s DIY Segment.
