Mr. Louis V Pinkham has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President at Crane Co. and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Critical Power Solutions Division, Electrical Group at Eaton Corporation.

Mr. Robert J Rehard has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since April 2018. Prior to this, Mr. Rehard served as the Division Controller at Eaton Corporation and held several other financial leadership positions at Baxter, Masco, Emerson, and Cooper.

Mr. John M Avampato has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company since April 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Newell Rubbermaid, from 1999 to 2006.
