Prior to this, he served in various leadership positions at United Technologies Corp including the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, President, and Director. Earlier, Gregory J. Hayes held various leadership positions at Sundstrand Corporation.

Mr. Christopher T. Calio is the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Calio served as the President of Pratt & Whitney business of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at United Technologies Corporation. Earlier, Mr. Calio served as the Head of Legal department of Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engines Business.

Mr. Neil G. Mitchill has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Investor Relations at the company. Earlier he served in various positions at United Technologies Corporation including Acting Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Investor Relations. He also served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pratt & Whitney.

Mr. Juan M. de Bedout has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of Advanced Technology and Engineering Effectiveness at Collins Aerospace.

Ms. Pamela Erickson has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President at E TRADE Financial Corporation. Currently, she serves on the boards of Student Veterans of America and the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation.
