Mr. Clive Bannister has been the Chairman of the company since January 2021. He also serves as the Chairman of the Museum of London. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Group Plc for nine years until March 2020. He worked at HSBC Group and was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Private Banking and Group Managing Director of the Insurance and Asset Management division. He was a Non-Executive Director of the Association of British Insurers, Punter Southall Group LLP, Unigestion LLP and Ping An.

Mr. Paul Stockton has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he served as a group finance director from 2008 to 2018 and as a managing director of Rathbone Investment Management from May 2018. Previously, Mr. Stockton served as group financial controller in 1999, as a director of finance in 2001 at Old Mutual Plc and finance director of Gerrard Limited eight months later.

Mr. Andy Brodie has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2020. Prior to this, he also worked at BSkyB, O2 Telefonica, Barclays Wealth and Aberdeen Standard Capital. He started his career in the British Army.

Ms. Gaynor Gillespie has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Ms. Gaynor joined from BNP Paribus UK. Previously, she was Group Human Resource Director at Tilney Group. She also worked with Capital &amp, People &amp, and Regional PLC.

Ms. Sarah Owen-Jones has been the Chief Risk Officer, of the company since 2015. She started her career in risk management in the 1990s and held three years in Switzerland as the Chief Risk Officer for Coutts’ international private banking business. She moved to the Non Core division of RBS in 2010.
