Mr. Boonyanit Wongrukmit has been the Chairman of RATCH since October 19, 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Deputy Governor of EGAT from October 1, 2020 to December 3, 2020; Deputy Governor for Power Business of EGAT from 2018 to 2020; Deputy Governor for Business Development of EGAT from 2017 to 2018; Deputy Governor for Corporate Social Affairs of EGAT from 2016 to 2017; and Assistant Governor for Business Development of EGAT from 2015 to 2016. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of EGAT International Company Limited and Governor of EGAT since 2020.

Ms. Choosri Kietkajornku has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the company since 2021. Previously served as Deputy Governor Finance and Accounting (CFO) at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.

Ms. Wadeerat Charoencoop has been the Chief Financial Officer of RATCH since 2019. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President - Financial of the company in 2018. Previously, she served as Director at Ratchaburi Power Company Limited, SouthEast Asia Energy Limited and RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Boonchai Jarunwaraphan has been the Chief Project Development Officer of RATCH since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of RATCH Group Public Company Limited and acting Managing Director of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Company Limited from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Jarunwaraphan also served as the Executive Vice President for Project Development of RATCH Group Public Company Limited in 2017 and Executive Vice President for Business Development of RATCH Group Public Company Limited and acting Executive Vice President for Construction of Hongsa Power Company Limited in 2016. Currently, he serves as the Director of Hin Kong Power Holding Company Limited and Hin Kong Power Company Limited since 2021; Director of RATCH Cogeneration Company Limited, RH International Corporation Limited, RATCH O&M Company Limited, Nava Nakorn Electricity Generating Company Limited, RH International (Mauritius) Corporation Limited, Hongsa Power Company Limited, PT Medco Ratch Power Riau, RATCH China Power Limited and Phu Fai Mining Company Limited since 2020.

Mr. Sakarin Tangkavachiranon has been the Chief Business Development Officer of RATCH since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Director of NEXIF RATCH Energy Rayong Company Limited; Nava Nakorn Electricity Generating Company Limited from 2019 to 2021; Berkprai Cogeneration Company Limited from 2018 to 2020; PT Medco Ratch Power Riau from 2018 to 2019; and Nava Nakorn Electricity Generating Company Limited from 2015 to 2017. He also served as the Chairman of RATCH Cogeneration Company Limited; Executive Vice President for Power Business of RATCH Group Public Company Limited; Executive Vice President for Project Development of RATCH Group Public Company Limited from 2018 to 2019; and Senior Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer of RATCH Group Public Company Limited. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of RATCH-LAO Services Company Limited since 2021 and Director of An Binh Energy and Infrastructure Fund; An Binh Investment Group Joint Stock Company; Hin Kong Power Holding Company Limited; Hin Kong Power Company Limited; Nexif Ratch Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd.; RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Limited; RATCH-Australia Corporation Pty Ltd since 2020.
