Mr. Ralph Lauren has been the Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of the company since 2015. He founded the company in 1967. Prior to this, he also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1997 to 2015. Earlier, Mr. Lauren also served as a member of the Advisory Board.

Mr. David Lauren has been the Chief Branding and Innovation Officer, Vice Chairman and Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. He has also been the Director of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he also served as the Executive Vice President of Global Advertising, Marketing and Communications in Ralph Lauren from 2010 to 2016. Mr. Lauren also serves as President of The Polo Ralph Lauren Foundation. Earlier, Mr. Lauren also served as Editor-In-Chief and President of Swing in 2000.

Mr. Patrice Louvet has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Group President of Global Beauty at P&G. Mr. Louvet served on senior leadership positions at P&G, including the roles of Group President, Global Grooming (Gillette), and President of P&G's Global Prestige Business. Previously, he served as a Naval Officer, Admiral Aide de Camp in the French Navy from 1987 to 1989. Currently, he serves as a member of the board of directors of Bacardi Limited since 2012 and as a member of the board of directors of the National Retail Federation since 2020.

Ms. Jane Hamilton Nielsen has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. She also served as the Director of Mondelez International. Prior to this, she also served as Chief Financial Officer of Coach, Inc. from September 2011 to August 2016. Earlier, Ms. Nielsen also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Beverages Americas and the Global Nutrition Group, divisions of PepsiCo, Inc from 2009 to 2011. She also held various financial roles in PepsiCo, Inc. and Pepsi Bottling Group where she served in financial reporting, performance management, capital allocation, and strategic planning in 1996. Previously, she also served as a Director of Pinnacle Foods Inc.

Mr. Avery Fischer has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2009. He serves as a Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of the company.
