Mr. Anthony J. Speranzo has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ascension from 2011 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ascension Health from 2002 to 2011. He also worked as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ascension Capital, LLC. Earlier, Mr. Speranzo served as the Managing Director at U.S Bancorp Piper Jaffray.

Mr. Lee Rivas has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the President of the company in 2022. Mr. Rivas served also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cloudmed from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Leader at RELX from 2006 to 2020. Earlier, he served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Jennifer Williams has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cloudmed in 2022. Ms. Williams also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Corporate functions in Change Healthcare from 2017 to 2020. Previously, she was the corporate controller and global finance leader at First Advantage. She also held various leadership positions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

Kyle Hicok has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and General Manager at Cloudmed from 2017 to 2023. Mr. Hicok also held various positions including as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Optum360 from 2014 to 2017.Earlier, he held various roles at MedeAnalytics from 2010 to 2013, Huron Consulting Group Practice from 2008 to 2009, and Stockamp & Associates from 2001 to 2008.
