Mr. Brian Mulroney has been the Chairman of the company since 1999. He also serves as the Senior Partner of the law firm Norton Rose Fulbright Canadal; and the Chairman of the International Advisory Board of Barrick Gold Corp. Prior to this, he served at several leadership positions in various organizations including Videotron Ltd, The Blackstone Group LP, Windham Worldwide Corp, and Lion Capital.

Mr. Sylvie Lalande has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2011. Previously, she served as Chairman of the CAS from 2013 to 2017. She also served as Chairman of Capital regional et coopératif Desjardins from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Pierre Karl Peladeau has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since February 2017. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Quebecor Sports and Entertainment Group. Previously, he served at the same positions in the company from 1999 to 2013. Prior to this, he served at several leadership positions in various companies including the Director of LA LA LA Human Steps from 1994 to 2004; the Fondation de l'entrepreneurship from 2011 to 2014; Hydro-Quebec from 2013 to 2014; and Quebecor Media from 2013 to 2014. He also served as the Director of Conseil du patronat du Quebec from 2007 to 2010; and the Fondation Lionel-Groulx from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Hugues Simard has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President at Indigo Books and Music from June 2017 to January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President at Videotron from August 2014 to 2017.

Mr. Patrick Jutras has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Advertising Officer of the company since August 2019. Previously, he served as Vice President of Digital Business Development at Videotron. He held various leadership roles for more than 15 years.
