Mr. Jeffrey P. Hank serves as Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Intuit, Inc. from 2005 to 2012. Mr. Hank also served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Intuit from 2012 to 2013.

Mr. Sumedh S Thakar has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Engineering at the company.

Ms. Joo Mi Kim has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Impact and Aera Technology. from June 2018 to July 2019, and as Vice President, FP&A, Investor Relations, and Operations at Qualys from June 2016 to June 2018. Ms. Kim also served as investment banker at J.P. Morgan and as economic consultant at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Ishpreet Singh has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of IT Applications at Pluralsight. Mr. Singh also held executive leadership positions in various business operations and IT roles at App Annie, Imperva, Splunk, and Deloitte.

Mr. Dilip Bachwani serves as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Enterprise TruRisk Platform of the company. He joined the company in 2016.
