Mr. Andrew E. Tometich has been Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Hygiene, Health and Consumable Adhesives at H.B. Fuller from August 2019 to September 2021; Senior Vice President of Specialty Materials Business at Corning Incorporated from September 2017 to August 2019. Mr. Tometich also serves as the President of Performance Silicones Business Unit from June 2016 to February 2017 and other positions of increasing responsibility from 1989 to 2016 at The Dow Chemical Company.

Mr. Shane W. Hostetter has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from March 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from April 2021 to February 2023; Vice President in Finance Division and Chief Accounting Officer from August 2019 to April 2021. Mr.Hostetter also served as the Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company from September 2014 to July 2019; Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held other roles at Pulse Electronics Corporation from 2005 to 2011.

Mr. David A. Will has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Will also served as the Corporate Controller from 2019 to 2021 and Global Assistant Controller from December 2014 to August 2019.

Mr. Jeewat Bijlani has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Americas from August 2019 to December 2022. Mr. Bijlani also served as the President in Americas and Global Strategic Businesses at Houghton International from 2011 to 2019; Director of Private Equity Group at Celerant Consulting and in other positions at Green Seed/FFB Group and Holcim International in Asia Pacific.

Mr. David Slinkman has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Technology of Houghton from 2012 to 2019. Mr. Slinkman also served as the Global Technology Leader of Nalco Chemical Company from 2008 to 2012; and held Manager of Research and Development Division for the Finishing Technologies Group and Technical Director of Paper Chemicals Group with Nalco.
