Mr. Robert A. Bruggeworth has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since December 2013. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of RFMD from 2003 to 2014 and its President of from 2002 to 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Bruggeworth worked as the Vice President and President of RFMD's wireless products group and Vice President of Global Computer and Consumer Electronics at AMP Inc. from 1983 to 1999. Presently, he serves as a Director at MSA Safety Inc.

Mr. Grant A. Brown is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Qorvo. He previously served as the Vice President of Treasury at Qorvo. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. He started his career at Qorvo's predecessor, TriQuint Semiconductor, as the Director of Investor Relations and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Ms. Debra Howard is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Qorvo. She has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in talent management and Human Resource leadership in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Qorvo, Ms. Howard held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Technology and Operations at NXP. She also spent over 15 years at Texas Instruments, where she gained valuable insights and knowledge in various Human Resource leadership roles.

Mr. Ralph G. Quinsey has been serving as the Chairman of the Board at Qorvo since January 2015. Additionally, he has been the Lead Independent Director for the company since August 2018. Prior to Qorvo's formation through the merger of TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. and RF Micro Devices, Inc. on January 2015, Mr. Quinsey served as the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as a director of TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. starting from 2002. Before his tenure at TriQuint, from September 1999 to January 2002, Mr. Quinsey worked as the Vice President and General Manager of the Analog Division at ON Semiconductor, a prominent semiconductor manufacturer catering to various applications. Prior to that, he held several positions at Motorola from 1979 to September 1999. Notably, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the RF/IF Circuits Division at Motorola. Outside of his role at Qorvo, Mr. Quinsey is involved in various other ventures. He serves as the Secretary, Treasurer, and a board member of Dry Fly Distilling. He is also a board member of Perfect Company. Furthermore, Mr. Quinsey is an officer, board member, and co-founder of ORCORAZON.
