Dr. Omer A. Aras has been the Chairman of the bank since April 2010. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the board of Finansbank. Dr. Aras joined the group in 1987 and served as the Assistant General Manager for two years, General Manager for six years, executive board member of Finansbank, and Vice Chairman of Fiba Holding from 1989 to 2006. He served as the Credit Marketing Manager and a credit committee member at Citibank and worked as the Head of Yapi Kredi Securities between 1984-1987.

Mr. Osman Omur Tan has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since January 2022. He also serves as a Director of the bank. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Vice President for Corporate Banking since October 2011 and Executive Vice President for Corporate and Commercial Banking since October 2013. Previously, he served as the Corporate Branch Customer Representative, Corporate Branch Manager, Head Office Key Account Management Group Manager and Corporate Banking Group Manager at Finans Bank A.S.

Mr. Av. Ali Yilmaz has been the Chief Legal Officer of the bank since 2018. He also serves as an Executive Vice President of the bank since 2020. Previously, he served as Director of Legal Affairs of Fortisbank A.S. He served as Legal Counsel and Director of Societe Generale Turkey.

Mr. Yayla has been the Executive Vice President of Financial Control and Planning of the bank since October 2013. Prior to this, he was an Executive Vice President and Group CFO since 2008. Previously, Mr. Yayla served as the Executive Vice President of financial control group and risk management for Turk Dis Ticaret Bankasi (Fortis) from 2000 to 2008. He held various roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and Partner in the Istanbul and London offices of Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1996 to 2000. Earlier, he was the Project Valuation Division Chief for the Privatization Administration from 1995 to 1996. From 1985 to 1995, he worked as an Assistant Auditor and Auditor for the Ministry of Finance.
