Mr. David Tyler has been the Chairman of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of J Sainsbury plc, Hammerson plc and Logica plc, 3i Quoted Private Equity, the White Company, Iamgr and Hampstead Theatre. Previously, he served as the Director of Experian, Burberry, Reckitt Benckiser and Rubix.

Mr. Jonathan Myers has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Avon Products Inc. Mr. Myers served as General Manager, Oral Care and Feminine Care for the Greater China Region at Procter & Gamble. He also served as Managing Director of the UK and Ireland and Vice President of European Markets at Kellogg Company.

Mr. Jawaz Illavia has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, held senior leadership roles at companies including Reckitt, the Carlsberg Group, Walgreens Boots Alliance and RR Donnelley.

Ms. Cath Bailey has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People Officer at Manchester Airports Group, Avon Cosmetics, the Kellogg Company and Barclays. Previously, she also worked as an Organisation Consultancy Partner for US Private Equity companies.

Ms. Joanna Gluzman has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Global Director of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility of Avon. Previously, she spent 20 years at the BT Group where she held a number of senior roles including Director of ESG.
