Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Tay Ah Lek
Chief Executive Officer; Director; Managing Director Executive BoardMr. Tay Ah Lek has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank since July 2002. He also serves as a Director of the Public Islamic Bank Bhd, Public Investment Bank Bhd, Public Mutual Bhd, Public Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd., Cagamas Holdings Bhd, and Ombudsman for Financial Services. Previously, Mr. Lek served as an Executive Director of the bank from 1997 to 2002. Prior to this, he was an Executive Vice-President of Public Bank from 1995 to 1997. Earlier, Mr. Lek served as an Executive Vice-President of the former Public Finance Berhad.
Yik Sook Ling
Chief Financial Officer Senior ManagementMs. Yik Sook Ling has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2012. She also serves as Director of PB Trust (L) Ltd and PB Trustee Services Bhd. Previously, Ms. Ling served as Head of Finance, Group Financial Controller, and Deputy Director of the bank.
Jasmine Loh Sook Ling
Chief Risk Officer Senior ManagementMs Jasmine Loh Sook Ling has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since June 2016. Prior to this, she served as Head of Risk Management from 2013 to 2016. Previously, Ms. Ling held several managerial positions at Head Office of the bank. She has experience of 26 years in the fields of Auditing, and Finance and Risk Management.
Tan Shien Doon
Chief Compliance Officer Senior ManagementMr Tan Shien Doon has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the bank since March 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Banking Operations of the bank. Mr. Doon has more than 20 years of experience in banking operations.
Chang Siew Yen
Senior Chief Operating Officer Senior ManagementMs. Chang Siew Yen has been the Senior Chief Operating Officer of the bank since January 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the bank from 2013 to 2019.
