Mr. Chatchai Phromlert has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior. Prior to this, he also served as the Director-General of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation.

Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon has been the Director, Secretary, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he worked as Chief Operating Officer, Downstream Petroleum Business Group since 2017. Mr. Rerkpikoon has served as Senior Executive Vice President Oil Business Unit, PTT from 2015 to 2017; Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Project Engineering, PTT between 2014 and 2015; Executive Vice President, Retail Marketing, PTT from 2013 to 2014; Executive Vice President, Commercial & International Marketing, PTT between 2011 and 2013; and Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications & Social Responsibility, PTT between 2009 and 2011. Mr. Rerkpiboon also serves as Director, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited and Thaioil Public Company Limited; and Chairman, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited and PTT Retail Management Company Limited.

Ms. Pannalin Mahawongtikul has been the Chief Financial Officer of PTT since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President from January 2016 to September 2018. She also worked as Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance from 2014 to 2015; and Vice President of Financial Strategy & Policy from 2012 to 2014. Previously, Ms. Mahawongtikul has served as the Director of Energy Complex Company Limited from January 2016 to September 2018.

Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Downstream Petroleum Business Group, since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief New Business and Infrastructure Officer, since 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Pinsupa served as the Senior Executive Vice President, Innovation and Digital, since 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Executive Vice President, since 2019 to 2020; Senior Executive Vice President, Gas business unit, since 2015 to 2019; and served as Chairman of PTT Natural Gas Distribution Company Limited, since 2014 to 2018.

Mr. Buranin Rattanasombat has been the Chief New Business and Infrastructure Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Innovation and New Ventures at the company from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, he also held the position of Chairman of Nutra Regenerative Protein Company Limited from April 2021 to May 2021. Preceding this, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Downstream Business Group Alignment at the c0ompany from 2020 to 2021.
