Mr. Djony Bunarto Tjondro has been the President Commissioner of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Commissioner PT Astra Sedaya Finance, and PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Mr. Tjondro also served as the Vice President Commissioner of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia from 2016 to 2018 . Previously, he served as the President Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk from 2015 to 2018 and Chief Executive of PT Astra International Tbk. Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner of PT Toyota-Astra Motor, PT Pamapersada Nusantara, PT Astra Digital International, and PT Astra Honda Motor, and also the President Director of PT Astra International Tbk and a Director of UT Heavy Industry (s) Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Frans Kesuma has been the President Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Operational Director from 2007 to 2011 and President Director of PAMA from 2013 to 2023 . Mr. Kesuma also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Tuah Turangga Agung. He also serves as the President Commissioner and Commissioner in various Turangga Resource’s subsidiaries, and Astra’s Group companies, and also a Director of PT Astra International Tbk and UT Heavy Industry Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Loudy Irwanto Ellias has been a Director of the company since 2011. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering, PT Patria Maritime Lines, PT Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN), PT Bina Pertiwi Energia, PT Redelong Hydro Energy, and PT Ilthabi Energia Tenagahidro. Mr. Ellias also served as Vice President Commissioner of PT Komatsu Indonesia and the Cpmmissioner of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama. Earlier, he also served as General Manager of Marketing Division of the company and President Director of PT Pandu Engineering from 2008 until 2017.

Mr. Idot Supriadi has been a Director of the company since 2015. He also serves as the Commissioner of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia and PT Dredging International Indonesia. Mr. Supriadi also served as the President Director of PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya. Currently he serves as the President Director of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, and Vice President Director of PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia.
