Mr. Muhamad Chatib Basri has been the President Commissioner of the bank since 2020. Currently, he also serves as President Commissioner of PT XL Axiata Tbk since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Vice President Commissioner of Bank Mandiri from December 2019 to February 2020. Previously, he served as President Commissioner of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance from 2016 to 2019. He also served as Commissioner at PT Astra International Tbk and PT Indika Energy Tbk from 2015 to 2019. He was also Senior Partner and Founder at PT Creco Consulting and as a Director at Axiata Group Sdn Bhd from 2015 to 2019. Earlier, he served as Special Advisor at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. Ahmad Siddik Badruddin has been the Director of Risk Management of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Director of Risk Management & Compliance of Bank Mandiri from 2015 to 2018. He served as the Senior Executive Vice President, Retail Chief Risk Officer of Bank Mandiri from 2014 to 2015. He also served as the Managing Director of Global Unsecured Products Risk Oversight and Global Consumer Risk Management at Citibank North America from 2011 to 2014.

Mr. Darmawan Junaidi has been the President Director of the bank since October 2020. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Indonesia Foreign Exchange Market Committee since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Director of Treasury, International Banking and Special Asset Management of the bank from December 2019 to October 2020. Previously, he served as a Director of Treasury and International Banking of the bank from March 2018 to December 2019 and as Treasury Director of the bank from August 2017 to March 2018. He served as Acting President Director at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from May 2017 to August 2017. Earlier, he also worked with PT Bank Bumi Daya, Bank Mandiri, and Bali and Nusa Tenggara.

Ms. Alexandra Askandar has been the Vice President Director of the bank since October 2020. Prior to this, she served as Director of Corporate Banking of the bank from December 2019 to October 2020. Previously, she served as Institutional Relationship Director at the bank from March 2018 to 2019 and as Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking of the bank from 2016 to March 2018. She also served as Commissioner at PT Mandiri Sekuritas from 2011 to March 2018. Earlier, she worked with Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency, and PT Surveyor Indonesia.

Mr. Sigit Prastowo has been the Director of Finance and Strategies of the bank since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Director of Finance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from February 2020 to September 2020. Previously, he served as Director of Finance of PT Bank DKI from July 2019 to February 2020, President Director from 2018 to 2018, as a Director from 2015 to 2018. Formerly, he served as Division Leader of Budgeting and Financial Control Division of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2012 to 2015 and President Commissioner at PT Inter Motor Sport from 2010 to 2015. Earlier, he held various positions at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
