Mr. Yasushi Itagaki has been the President Commissioner of the bank since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chief Executive and Managing Executive Officer at MUFG Bank. Previously, he held various positions at MUFG Bank including General Manager of the Global Planning Division and Regional Chief Executive Officer. Earlier, he worked with VietinBank and Security Bank.

Mr. Reza Iskandar Sardjono has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the bank since April 2022. He served as Associate Director of EY Transaction Advisory Services Indonesia (2014-2015), Director of Globalview Advisors, (2003-2014) and Associate at Valuation and Venture Consulting in California USA (2001-2003).

Ms. Evi Damayanti has been the Chief Human Capital of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as Head of Internal Audit from 2016 to 2019. Previously, Ms. Damayanti headed the Business Control Group in Citibank Indonesia from 2012 to 2016. Earlier, she served as as Program Director - Audit and Risk Review in Citibank United Kingdom from 2008 to 2012, as Audit Manager at Barclays Global from 2006 to 2007, as Auditor/Audit Manager for Citi Private Bank, Alternative Investments and Support functions in Europe and Middle East, as Trainee in Citibank Switzerland (Zurich) from 1999 to 2000, and as Associate at Abacus Capital - Jakarta from 1997 – 1999.

Mr. Honggo Widjojo Kangmasto has been the Vice President Director of the bank since 2019. Previously, he served as President Commissioner of PT Bank DKI from 2015 to 2018 and of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk from 2016 to 2017. He served as Managing Director at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2010 to 2015, PT Bank Permata Tbk from 2008 to 2010, and PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2006 to 2007. He also served as Commissioner at PT Mandiri Sekuritas from 2003 to 2006. Earlier, he worked with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, and PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk.

Ms. Yenny Linardi has been the Chief Internal Auditor of the bank since 2019. Previously, she served as Head of Branches Audit of the bank from 2004 to 2008. She served as Head of Analytical Review at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from 1989 to 2004. Earlier, she served as Head of Internal Audit at PT DBS Indonesia from 1998 to 2019.
