Mr. Claudio De Conto has been the Chairman of the company since September 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Finance Director, Executive Chairman of Pirelli Real Estate Credit Servicing S.p.A. from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Conto served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. and Director of Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. and Chairman of Pirelli Broadband Solutions S.p.A. from 2006 to 2009. He served as member of the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee and the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group from 2002 to 2008. Prior to this, he served as a General Manager of Administration and Control of Pirelli S.p.A. from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Conto served as a Director of Administration, Planning and Control from 2000 to 2001. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pirelli Neumaticos S.A. and Pirelli Deutschland A.G. from 1996 to 2000. Prior to this, he served in Administration, Finance and Control areas of Pirelli Group’s tyre subsidiaries in Brazil, Spain and Germany from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Conto also served in Treasury department of Pirelli Group from 1988 to 1993 and worked in Ernst& Whinney from 1986 to 1988.

Mr. Valerio Battista has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since April 2018. Prior to this, he was the Chairman of Europacable. He held various management positions in Pirelli Group between 2002 and 2004. Mr. Battista also serves as the Director of Brembo SpA.

Mr. Pier Francesco Facchini has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Prysmian since April 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Benetton Group from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Facchini was also the Finance Director of Consumer Services business unit at Fiat Auto from 2001 to 2003; Regional Financial Controller for Asia Pacific at Panalpina Group from 1995 to 2001; and held various positions in the Accounting and Finance department at Nestle Italia between 1991 and 1995.

Mr. Massimo Battaini has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since February 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Prysmian Group North America from June 2018 to February 2021. Mr. Battaini also worked as Senior Vice President Business Energy Project; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prysmian PowerLink Srl; Chief Operating Officer of Prysmian Group from 2011 to 2014; and Operations Director for Power Cables and Telecom Cables at Pirelli Group.

Mr. Iuri Longhi has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the Group since December 2020. Prior to this, he was the Head of M&A and Corporate Finance at Lavazza from 2014 to 2020. Mr. Longhi also held various managerial roles including the Head of Marketing and R&D Financial Controlling from 2017 to 2018; Office Coffee Service (OCS) & Vending Finance Director from 2018 to 2020; and Board Member of Lavazza Professional Holding North America and Europe from 2018 to 2020.
