Mr. H. E. Timanus, Jr. has been the Chairman of the Company since 2019. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank since 2005 and 2001 respectively. Mr. Kevin J Hanigan has been the President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director of the company and PB since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Director and as the Chief Executive Officer of LegacyTexas and LegacyTexas Bank from 2012 to 2019. Before that, Mr. Hanigan served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Highlands Bank from 2010 to 2012. Earlier, he served as Chief Lending Officer, Executive in charge of Retail Banking, and as Chairman and as the Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Bank and its parent company, Guaranty Financial Group, Inc.

Mr. David Zalman has been the Senior Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company and Prosperity Bank since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the President, Vice President, and Secretary of the company. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Commercial State Bank in El Campo from 1978 to 1986.

Mr. Asylbek Osmonov has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2019, and as the Interim Chief Financial Officer from April to June 2019. Prior to that, he served as PB’s Chief Accounting Officer from 2013 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Osmonov served as Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte LLP from 2004 to 2013.

Mr. Randy Hester has been the Chief Lending Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he was the Banking Center President at the Prosperity Bank. Previously, Mr. Hester worked as a Consumer Lender for Windsor Park Bank in San Antonio from 1978 to 1984. Earlier, he was a Commercial Lender for First National Bank in Kerrville from 1984 to 1989 and for Bank of Kerrville from 1990 to 1991.
