Prospect Capital Corp: Executives

Mr. John Francis Barry has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is also the Chairman of Prospect Capital Management’s Investment Committee and has been an officer of Prospect Capital Management since 1990.

Mr. Michael Grier Eliasek has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. He also serves as the Managing Director at Prospect Capital Management, a subsidiary of the company, and Prospect Administration. Previously, Mr. Eliasek served as a Managing Director at Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm. He also served as a Consultant at Bain & Company, a consulting firm.

Ms. Kristin L Van Dask serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the company. Previously, she served as the Accounting Manager at GSC Group LLC and also held various Assurance Practice positions at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Al Faella serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served at Warren Systems Group. He also has operational experience across the financial sector.

Mr. Jonathan J. Li has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel of the company since 2006. He also has extensive experience assisting Prospect’s portfolio companies.
