Mr. Robert E. Moritz has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Assurance Leader of PwC US and as the Managing Partner of the New York Metro region. Mr. Moritz also served as the Partner and held various leadership roles at PwC Japan.

Mr. Dana Mcilwain has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Head, Global Operations of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman and Services Leader for PwC US. Mr. Mcilwain also served in various management roles for PwC US Assurance and Advisory businesses, including the US Advisory Leader role, as well as several governance roles in PwC US and the PwC network.

Mr. Coenraad Richardson has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held the position of Risk and Quality Leader for PwC Africa and was a member of the PwC Africa and South Market Area Leadership Teams. He has experience working in the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands and Africa. Coenraad is a Chartered Accountant and U.S. Certified Public Accountant (California).

Mr. James Shira has been the Chief Information and Technology Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Security Officer of the company. Mr. Shira also served as the Group Chief Information Security Officer at Zurich Insurance Group. Previously, he served as the Chief Security Officer of American General Financial.
