Mr. Kevin M. Fogarty has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. He also served as Directors of Glatfelter Corporation. Previously, Mr. Fogarty served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Kraton Corporation from 2008 to March 2022.

Mr. Kurt J. Bitting has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2022. Previously, he served as the president of Ecoservices. Prior to that, Mr. Bitting served as Vice President, Business Director, and Sulfur Products Manager at Ecoservices.

Mr. Michael Feehan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of the company since August 2021. He also served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Previously, Mr. Feehan served as the Corporate Controller in 2008. Prior to this, he also served as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller for Radnor Holdings Corporation.

Mr. William J. Sichko, Jr. has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of the company since 2005. Previously, he served as the Secretary of the company from 2005 to November 2015. Presently he serves as the Assistant Secretary of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Sichko served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Peak Investments, LLC from 1998 to 2005. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources division at Harris Chemical Group and IMC Global from 1996 to 1998, and a Manager of General Chemical from 1987 to 1991.

Ms. Kara L. Thornton has been the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, She served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Neuronetics. Prior to that, Ms. Thornton served in various Human Resources roles at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, DSM North America, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Healthcare, and Sankyo Pharma.
