Ms. Maria M. Pope has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, she served as the President and the Senior Vice President of Power Supply, Operations and Resource Strategy, overseeing PGE's energy supply portfolio, operations including wholesale power, fuels, marketing, trading and long-term resource strategy and generation facilities from 2013 to 2018. She served as the Senior Vice President of Finance, the Chief Financial Officer and the Treasurer of the company from 2009 to 2013. She served on PGE’s Board of Directors from 2006 to 2008. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial officer at Mentor Graphic Corporation. Ms. Pope served various operating and finance positions in forest and consumer product industries. She also served as Chairman of Oregon Health & Science University, Oregon Global Warming Commission, Umpqua Holdings Corporation and among others.

Mr. Joseph Trpik has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and other roles at Exelon.

Mr. Benjamin Felton has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President of Energy Supply at DTE. Previously he served various leadership roles at NIPSCO and Consumers Energy.

Mr. John T. Kochavatr has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology of the company since February 2018. Prior to this, he worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions from 2017 to 2018, and Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer at General Electric Water and Process Technologies from 2012 to 2017.
