Plug Power Inc: Executives

Mr. Andrew J. Marsh has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Valere Power until its acquisition by Eltek SA. Currently, Mr. Marsh is also the Chairman of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association.

Mr. Paul B. Middleton has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he was the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rogers Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Middleton managed financial administration for the tools division of Coopers Industries from 1997 to 2001.

Mr. Sanjay K. Shrestha has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President and General Manager - Energy Solutions of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Investment Officer of Sky Solar Holdings and President of Sky Capital America. Mr. Shrestha also led the renewables investment banking effort at FBR Capital Markets (now known as B. Riley Financial, Inc.); and Global Head of Renewables Research Coverage at Lazard Capital Markets.

Mr. Time Cortes has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Hydrogen Energy Systems. Mr. Cortes also served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Smiths Power.

Ms. Preeti Pande has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Product and Strategic Initiatives of Bloom Energy. Ms. Pande also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Shocking Technologies; General Manager for the Advanced Test Solutions at Kulicke and Soffa; and Senior Director of Product Marketing and Management at Asyst Technologies.
