Mr. J. Kenneth Thompson has been the Chairman of the company since 2019 and served as a Non-Executive Director at Pioneer since 2011. Mr. Thompson also serves on the Board at Coeur Mining, Alaska Air Group, Inc. and Tetra Tech, Inc. He has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Star Energy LLC, since 2000, and as the Managing Director at Alaska Venture Capital Group LLC, from 2004 to 2012.

Mr. Richard P. Dealy has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Pioneer. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Director of Pioneer GP in 2007. He also served as the vice president, the Chief Accounting Officer, and the Controller. He joined Parker & Parsley in July 1992 and was appointed as its Vice President and Controller in 1995.

Mr. Neal H. Shah has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations of the company since 2017. Before that, he served as the Senior Equity Research Analyst at Thrivent Asset Management from 2016 and Vice President at Nuveen LLC from 2006 to 2016.

Ms. Stephanie D. Stewart has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of E&P Data and Analytics and Strategic Integration at Devon Energy. Before that she also served in Williams Energy and BP Amoco.
