Mr. Isagani A. Cortes has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of the Regulatory Affairs Group of RCBC. Previously, he served at HSBC Philippines as Senior Vice President and Country Head of Financial Crime Compliance. He also worked for EastWest Bank as its Chief Compliance Officer and at ABN AMRO Philippines as the Head of Legal, Remedial Management, and Acquired Assets.

Mr. Jose German M. Licup has been the First Vice President, Chief of Staff to the President, and Chief Executive Officer of the bank. He also serves as the Officer in Charge of PNB-Mizuho Leasing and Finance Corporation. He is also an Advisor to the Board of the Association of Bank Compliance Officers. With this, he is also a Seasoned Lawyer and compliance professional. Prior to this, he was the Country General Counsel of HSBC Philippines.

Mr. Manuel C. Bahena Jr. is the Chief Legal Counsel and First Senior Vice President of the bank. He also served as Head of Documentation and Research Division of Legal Group of the bank since 2009. He joined PNB in 2003. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the Legal Division of Multinational Investment Bancorporation.

Ms. Joy Jasmin R. Santos has been the Chief Trust Officer and First Vice President of the bank since 2018. Currently, she is also Board of Directors of the Trust Officers Association of the Philippines and the Director in Charge of Fiduciary Products Development. From 2013 to 2018, she was the Division Head of the Corporate Trust of PNB. From 2010 to 2012, she was the Division Head of Business Development in the Trust Banking Group of PNB. Prior to this, she was an International Business Development Head for Asia at Globe Telecom. She also held various positions in Citibank Savings Inc., Keppel Bank, American Express Bank, and BPI.

Mr. Roland V. Oscuro is the Chief Information Security Officer, First Senior Vice President, and Head of the Enterprise Information Security Group of the bank. Prior to this, he worked in various positions in many companies such as Sterling Tobacco Corporation, Multi Media Telephony Inc., Ediserve Corporation, Metal Industry Research and Development Centre, Pacific Office Machines Inc., and Zero Datasoft.
