Mr. Richard Peters has been the Chairman of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Global Head for the Rare Diseases business at Sanofi Genzyme, and Chief Executive Officer of Yumanity Therapeutics and Merrimack Pharmaceuticals. Previously, he also served in various leadership positions at Amgen, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Genzyme, and Sanofi, and is also a founder of X4 Therapeutics and PIC Therapeutics.

Mr. Sijmen de Vries is the Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Pharming Group NV. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of 4-Antibody and Morphochem AG. Mr. Vries also held senior business and management positions at Novartis, Novartis Ophthalmics and SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Jeroen Wakkerman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nutreco N.V. and SHV Energy NV. Mr. Wakkerman also served as the Finance Director at Calor Gas (UK) and has held several financial and commercial positions at Unilever and Rabobank.

Ms. Mireille Sanders has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since December 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Operations of the company. Ms. Sanders also served as the Head of Clinical Supply Chain Strategic Management and Systems at Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Janssen, she held senior positions at Merck.

Ms. Daniela Dos Anjos Hanova has been the Chief People Officer of the company since November 2023. Previously, she served as the Vice President Human Resources at Amarin Corporation.
