Mr. Walter Qvam has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kongsberg Group ASA. Previously, he served in various leading positions in Norwegian and international businesses in a variety of fields, including oil and gas, shipping (Det Norske Veritas), IT (Capgemini), transportation (Norwegian state railway) and consultancy (Gemini Consulting). Mr. Qvam is also Chairman of the Council of Stiftelsen Det Norske Veritas, of Digital Norway, and the research organization SINTEF.

Mr. Anne Grethe Dalane has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2018. She also served as the Vice of Finance Data & Development at Yara International and held a number of senior positions at Norsk Hydro. Previously, Ms. Dalane was the Chief Financial Officer for Crop Nutrition, region Director for Latin America, and country Manager of Argentina at Yara.

Mr. Rune Olav Pedersen has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Head of Legal and General Counsel of the company. Prior to joining PGS in 2010, he was a partner at the law firm Arntzen de Besche. Mr. Pedersen started his career as a Junior Research Fellow at the University of Oslo and has served as a Deputy Hudge at the district court level, in Norway. He also serves as a board member of the E&P company, OKEA.

Mr. Gottfred Langseth has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2004. He joined PGS in 2003. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ementor ASA, from 2000 to 2003. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Control at the offshore construction company, Aker Maritime ASA, from 1997 to 200. Prior to this, he worked with Arthur Andersen, from 1991 to 1997.
