Dr. Albert Bourla has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Pfizer Innovative Health from 2016 to 2017 and the Chief Operating Officer of the company from January 2018 to December 2018. Previously, Dr. Bourla served as the President of Global Innovative Pharma Business from February 2016 to June 2016; the President Europe, Africa and Middle East operations of Pfizer Animal Health from 2005 to 2009, the President Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific operations of Pfizer Animal Health from 2009 to 2010 and the President and General Manager of Established Products Business Unit from 2010 to 2013. He also serves as a board member of Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) and Pfizer Foundation.

Mr. David M. Denton has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Lowe’s from 2018 to 2022. Mr. Denton also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at CVS Health. Prior to this Mr. Denton held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to CVS, he was with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Mr. Rady Johnson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance and Quality and Risk Officer of Pfizer since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer of the company from December 2013 until December 2018. Mr. Rady was a member of Hogan & Hartson, LLP’s food and drug law practice group based in Washington D.C. and also served as a CPA and Senior Auditor for Arthur Anderson & Co. Rady joined Pfizer since 1994 and served several leadership positions, including Associate General Counsel for the Specialty Care Business Unit and Head of the Global Product & Regulatory Law practice group.

Dr. Mikael Dolsten has been the Chief Scientific Officer, the President of Research and Development since January 2023. Previously, he served as the President of Worldwide Research and Development from 2010 to 2018; the Senior Vice President, President of Worldwide Research and Development from 2010 to 2010; and the Senior Vice President and President of Pfizer BioTherapeutics Research & Development from 2009 to 2010. Dr. Dolsten also served as the Senior Vice President of Wyeth and President, Wyeth Research from 2008 to 2009.

Mr. Alexandre de Germay has been the Executive Vice President and Chief International Commercial Officer since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Laboratoires Majorelle. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President; Global Franchise Head of Cardiology, Transplant and Established Products; Head of Mature Markets General Medicines of Sanofi; and Regional President of Asia-Pacific of Pfizer Inc.
