Mr. Datuk Anuar Ahmad has been the Chairman of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman for NRC of PDB; Director of ENRA Group Berhad (ENRA); Chairman for NRC of ENRA; Director of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM); Chairman of Finance & Investment Committee of CCM; Chairman of PETRONAS Gas Berhad; Director of PETRONAS and Chairman of PDB. Mr. Ahmad also served as the Executive Vice President of Gas and Power Business of PETRONAS; Vice President of Oil Business of PETRONAS; Vice President of Human Resource Management of PETRONAS and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PDB. He also held various Senior Managerial Positions within PETRONAS Group. Currently, Mr. Ahmad serves as a Director of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad and Kumpulan Fima Berhad.

Mr. Azrul Osman Rani has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Vice President and Director of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Commercial Development and JV Formation at PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation; Chief Executive Officer of PRPC Utilities and Facilities; Business Director for Uzbekistan Gas to Liquid LLC; Senior Manager in International Trading for Malaysian International Trading Corporation; Senior Manager for Business Development Unit of PETRONAS; Manager Trading in Agriculture Product of Malaysian International Trading Corporation, Country Manager of Malaysian International Trading Corporation in Indonesia Office. He also held various positions within the PETRONAS Group.

Ms. Farzlina Ahmad Murad has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Head for Strategy, Finance & Risk at Downstream Corporate Office; Head of Gas & Power Business and Treasury of the company. Ms. Farzlina also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vestigo Petroleum; Head of New Venture Development & Negotiation, Accounting & Financial Services of PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd and other positions within Petronas Group.

Mr. Khalil Jaffri Muhammad Muri has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Retail Business from 2019 to 2022; Head of ROVR project in Retail Business Division of the company. Mr. Muri also served as the Head of Light Distillates and Senior Manager in Marketing and Trading Division of Crude Oil Division in Asia Pacific of Petronas Trading Corporation; Senior Manager in LNG Marketing for Korea and Taiwan; Business Manager of Optimal Group of Companies and Analyst in Petronas Chemicals Group.

Mr. Koh Tat Chong has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since October 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Product Management at PETRONAS Digital; Head for Enterprise Systems of Astro; Head for Digital Transformation and PMO of Astro; and Consultant of Accenture United Kingdom and Malaysia.
