Mr. Jeffrey S. Davis has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously he served as a Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Davis also served as the President of the company from 2004 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Vertecon since 1999. He also worked as Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice. Earlier, he held various leadership position at Ernst & Young LLP, Boeing Inc and Mallinckrodt Inc. Mr. Davis also serves as a Director at St. Luke's Hospital.

Mr. Thomas J. Hogan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer and president of the company. Previously, he held various roles including Vice President of Operations, General Manager, Director of Business Development, and Director of Engagement of the company. Prior to this, he served in business development and leadership positions with Creative Metrics, PreVisor and TEKsystems.

Mr. Paul E. Martin has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Co-Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Charter Communications, Inc. from August 2004 to February 2006. Previously, Mr. Martin served as the Senior Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller from 2002 to 2006 and Vice President of from 2000 to 2002 at Charter Communications Inc. Mr. Martin also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rawlings Sporting Goods Co Inc from 1995 to 1999.
