Mr. Jim Perdue has been the Chairman and Advertising spokesman of the company since 1991. Prior to this, he served as Plant Manager at the company and as Vice President of quality improvement in various other companies. Mr. Perdue is an active board member of the Oyster Recovery Project.

Mr. Kevin McAdams has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer of Perdue Farms and President of Perdue Foods from 2022 to 2023 and as President of North America (NA) at Jack Links Protein Snacks Inc. Mr. McAdams has also served as the e President at Schwan’s Consumer Brands and President and Chief Operating Officer at Pabst Brewing Company. He has also held various senior-level positions at Red Bull North America, The CocaCola Company, and Frito Lay.

Ms. Brenda Galgano has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she was responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting.

Ms. Catherine Muldoon has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this she served as General Counsel for Baldor Specialty Foods. Previously

Mr. Gregg Uecker has been the Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain at CJ Schwan’s. Mr. Uecker has also served in many senior leadership roles at Tyson Foods.
