PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust: Executives

Mr. David A Spector has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2021. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Trustee, President and Chief Executive Officer at PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Spector also served at Morgan Stanley and Countrywide Financial Corporation.

Mr. Douglas Jones has been the Chief Mortgage Banking Officer, Director and President of the company since January 2017. He also serves as the Chief Mortgage Banking Officer and Senior Managing Director of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Jones also served at Countrywide and Bank of America.

Mr. Daniel S Perotti has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Managing Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Perotti also serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. and a Vice President at BlackRock, Inc.

Mr. Derek W. Stark has been the Senior Managing Director, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since February 2018. Previously he served as the Managing Director, General Counsel and Secretary among other executive positions at the company since September 2009. He also has served in a variety of similar executive positions at PFSI and its affiliates since 2009.

Mr. William Chang has been the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Managing Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Capital Markets Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. Previously, Mr. Chang was the company’s Deputy Chief Investment Officer.
