Mr. Omid Kordestani has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at Twitter, Inc from 2015 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Google from 2014 to 2015. He also served as Executive Chairman of Twitter, Inc. between 2015 and 2020. Earlier he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development from May 1999 to April 2009. Mr. Omid worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Netscape Communications Corporation from 1995 to 1999.

Mr. Omar Abbosh has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as the President, of Industry Solutions at Microsoft. Prior to that, Mr. Omar served in numerous senior leadership roles at Accenture.

Ms. Sally Johnson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Pearson since April 2020. Prior to this, she held commercial and strategic finance experience as well as transformation, treasury, tax, risk management, business and financial operations, investor relations and M&A expertise. Previously, she has held various senior level roles across the business, most recently as Deputy CFO of Pearson. Ms. Johnson was also a Trustee for the Pearson Pension Plan from 2012 to 2018.

Mr. Tim Score has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at ARM Holdings plc. He also served as non-executive Director of Bridgepoint Group PLC in 2021.

Ms. Sulaekha Kolloru has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this she served at Delta airlines as the Vice President International and Vice President Corporate Strategy. Prior to this she served as the Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group.
