Mr. Chad Richison has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2024.He also served as the Chairman and President of the company since 1998. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1998 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since August 2016. Mr. Richison began his career in sales with a national payroll and human resources company and a regional payroll company.

Mr. Craig E Boelte has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the company since 2017. Previously, he served at Deloitte & Touche as Senior Tax Manager. He comes with more than 32 years of experience in the workforce management and Human Resource industry.

Mr. Bradley S Smith has been Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2018. Previously, he served as Senior Technical Consultant at BearingPoint and Manager of Software Development and Business Intelligence at Fleming Companies, Inc. Mr. Smith comes with over 29 years of information technology and software development experience.

Mr. Steve Sturges has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as a partner and creative consultant for Paycom.

Mr. Holly Faurot has been the Chief Sales Officer of the company since 2021. He also served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Sales and Client Relations of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Holly Faurot was the Vice President-Client Relations of the company since 2016 to 2021. Previously, He also served as the Regional Vice President-Sales from 2011 to 2016 at Paycom. Mr. Faurot was the Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011 and Sales Training Manager from 2008 to 2009 of the company.
