Mr. Nigel S Terrington has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 1995. Previously, Mr. Terrington served as the Chairman at Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association and FLA Consumer Finance Division, and a Director at Finance and Leasing Association, Treasurer and Finance Director of the company from 1990 to 1995. He joined the company in 1987 as Treasurer.

Mr. Richard J Woodman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Corporate Development of the company. Previously, Mr. Woodman served as the Managing Director of the company’s Investment Division, Idem Capital. He also served in various senior strategic and financial roles at the company.

Mr. Zish Khan has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Aldermore Bank, AND Chief Operating Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Europe. He has over 25 years of financial services experience.

Ms. Anne Barnett has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2009. She is responsible for resourcing and organizational design, learning and management development, pay and benefits, reward, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement. She also serves as a Director of Citysave Credit Union. Earlier, she served with HBOS and Allianz.

Mr. Ben Whibley has been the Chief Risk of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer from 2017 to 2020 and as the Chief Risk Officer of Paragon Bank Plc from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Whibley had joined the company in 2014. Previously, he served nearly 10 years at KPMG.
