Mark C. Pigott has been the Chairman of the company since April 2014. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company from January 1997 to April 2014; Executive Vice President from December 1993 to January 1995, Senior Vice President from January 1990 to December 1993, and Vice President from October 1988 to December 1989 of the company. Mr. Pigott also served as the Director of Franklin Resources Inc from 2011 to 2021 and has more than 45 years of experience in the global commercial vehicle industry.

Mr. R. Preston Feight has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since July 2019. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of the Company from September 2018 to June 2019; and as PACCAR Vice President and President of DAF Trucks from April 2016 to August 2018. Mr. Feight has also served as General Manager of Kenworth Truck Co and Vice President of PACCAR from January 2015 to March 2016, Assistant General Manager for Marketing and Sales from April 2012 to December 2014 in Kenworth, and Chief Engineer from August 2008 to March 2012 in Kenworth. He has also served as an engineer at Ford Motor Co and AlliedSignal Inc. Mr. Feight has more than 26 years of experience in the global commercial vehicle industry.

Mr. Harrie C.A.M. Schippers has been the Chief Financial Officer and President of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company from February 2017 to December 2017; Senior Vice President from April 2016 to February 2017; and Vice President of PACCAR and President of DAF Trucks NV from April 2010 to April 2016.

Mr. A. Lily Ley has been the Chief Information Officer and the Vice President of the company since January 2017. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the company from January 2016 to December 2016; Assistant General Manager of Global Applications, Information Technology Division from January 2015 to December 2015; Senior Director of Global Applications, Information Technology Division from May 2010 to December 2014.

Mr. John N. Rich has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from March 2021 to December 2023. Mr. Rich served as Director of Autonomous Vehicles and Technology in Ford Motor Co Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Global Strategy of AV LLC.
