Mr. Brian D. Chamber has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and the President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the President of the Roofing segment at the company from 2014 to 2018. He also held the position of the Vice President and General Manager of the Roofing segment at the company from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Chambers worked as the Vice President and General Manager of the Composites business at the company from 2011 to 2013. He served as the President of Saint-Gobain’s Distribution business in North America. Prior to Owens Corning’s divestiture of its Siding Solutions business, he worked as the President of the Siding and Building Material Distribution businesses.

Mr. Todd Fister has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of Insulation business from 2019 to 2023. Mr. Fister held various at the company, including the Vice President of Global Insulation and Strategy, and the Vice President and the Managing Director for multiple global Insulation businesses. He worked at MeadWestvaco, Kimberly-Clark, and Procter & Gamble.

Ms. Gina A. Beredo has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Nordson Corporation. Ms. Beredo also served as the Deputy General Counsel at Nordson Corporation. Earlier, she served as the Chief Litigation Counsel and Director of compliance and ethics at American Greetings Corporation. She began her legal career as a litigation associate at BakerHostetler LLP.

Ms. Paula Russell has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Vice President and the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Previously, Ms. Russell served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. She was the Vice President of Total Rewards and Center of Excellence at the company.

Mr. Jose Mendez-Andino has been the Chief Research and Development Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Science and Technology for the company’s Insulation and Roofing businesses. Earlier, Mr. Andino held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble. He joined the company in 2012.
