Ms. Helen Wong has been the Director of the company since February 2023. She also serves as a Chief Executive Officer at the bank since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Head of Global Wholesale Banking and Deputy President at the bank. Previously, she also worked with HSBC.

Mr. Noel Gerald DCruz has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since January 2023. He also serves as the Group Chief Information Security Officer. Previously, he held various roles in the bank.

Mr. Mike Ng has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this he served Managing Director and Head of Structured and Project Finance at Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd. Previously he served as Director, Structured Capital Markets at RBS International. Previously he served leadership roles at WestLB and Abn Amro Bank.

Ms. Goh Chin Yee has been the Group Chief Financial Officer since November 2022. Prior to this she was the Head of Group Audit since March 2013. Ms. Goh has also worked in diverse functions in the OCBC Group, covering strategic management, investment research, fund management, finance, risk management and treasury business management.

Mr. Lim Khiang Tong has been the Group Chief Operating Officer of the bank since June 2021. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Group Information Technology, Head of Group Operations and Technology, and Head of IT Management. He has over 30 years of experience in information technology, strategic technology development, project management, process-reengineering, and banking operations.
