Mr. Toshio Kagami has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at OLC since 2005. He joined the company in 1972. From 1981 to 1995, Mr. Kagami served in various management positions at OLC, including Director and General Manager of General Affairs Department and Human Resources Department; Managing Director; Senior Managing Director; and Executive Vice President. In 1995, he was appointed Representative Director and President.

Mr. Kenji Yoshida has been the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as Executive Officer, and Director of Food Division, and Theme Port No.8 Enhancement Division at the company from April 2020 to March 2021. Previously, he served in various positions at the company including as Executive Officer and Director of Food Division from April 2019 to March 2020; Officer and Director of Food Division from April 2017 to March 2019; Officer and Director of Finance/Accounting Department from April 2015 to March 2017; Director of Finance/Accounting Department from January 2010 to March 2015; and Director of Food Purchase Department, Food Division from July 2016 to 2009. Je joined the company in 1984.
