Mr. Alan Campbell has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Freescale Semiconductor from 2004 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Finance of Semiconductor Product Sector (SPS) division and the Senior Vice President of Motorola Inc from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Campbell also served as a Director for Dialog Semiconductor from 2015 to 2021.

Mr. Hassane El-Khoury has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Cypress Semiconductor from August 2016 to April 2020. He served various roles spanning business unit management, applications engineering and business development, and product development during his thirteen years at Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. El-Khoury also serves as a Director of Sakuu Corporation.

Mr. Thad Trent has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cypress.

Ms. Felicity Carson has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Performance Marketing of AVEVA. Prior to that, she was the Head of Customer Experience and Global Events of SAP. Before that, she spent over 17-years at IBM where she led several marketing functions, including as the Chief Marketing Officer of IBM.

Ms. Pamela Tondreau has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. Prior to this, she spent 13 years at Hewlett-Packard where she held the role of the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for multiple business lines.
